Kūlolo is a Hawaiian dessert staple made from freshly steamed kalo (taro), coconut milk, sugar, and little else. MNBG Hawaiian Cultivars Manager Namea Hoshino will teach participants to make kūlolo using three different kalo varieties.

Cost: $40 for current MNBG members, $65 for new members (includes one-year Naupaka membership).
