Learn in person to recognize ʻulu fruit at different maturity stages, and the best tools and techniques for picking, processing, storing, cooking or marketing breadfruit in this hands-on workshop, including opportunities to purchase locally made breadfruit picker tools from HUC farmer-member Stanley Eugenio.
